Tasting Notes

Dry and pale with golden highlights. The nose is expressive and complex with notes of ripe citrus fruits: orange, mandarin, pink grapefruit, lime. The subtle aromas of spices are expressed: fresh mint, star anise, thyme and rosemary. The palate is long, very slightly zesty and refreshing. An absolutely gourmet rosé.

The Vineyard

This cuvée comes from a selection of 19 ha. Harvested during the
night; grapes put directly on the presses; light maceration of one to two hours; free run juices and presses fermented separately; fermentation with selected yeasts and controlled temperature.

Fish, shellfish, mixed salads.
Serving Temperature: 10°- 12°
